As 2025 draws to a close, Friends of the Fernandina Beach Library (FOL) would like to thank you for your support of our public library. Your continued generosity makes it possible for us to maintain our support in the form of an annual gift to the library.

This year FOL held two successful book sales, presented the stunning Language of Flowers Expressed thru Fiber Arts, hosted two book swap events for members, and launched a new, secure website and membership database. We want to thank all of the many volunteers who donated their time planning and coordinating these events. You can help us as a volunteer by visiting our volunteer page.

Promoting literacy and lifelong learning through community programs is the first part of FOL’s important mission; the second part is advocacy to ensure that the downtown Fernandina Beach Public Library remains a valuable, responsive and relevant community resource. With the help of our 300 plus members and volunteers, FOL supports a wide variety of programs for adults, teens and children, and helps increase literacy programs, materials and services available in Fernandina Beach.

Although book sales remain robust, we rely on your ongoing support to meet our annual gift of $40,000 and program commitment of $15,000 to the library for the coming year. Your generous annual donation can be made using the form below.
