…whose mission is to promote literacy and lifelong learning in our community through programs, advocacy and fundraising for the Fernandina Beach Library.
Activities that help us accomplish our mission include the annual Story Telling Slam and the used Book Sale held each spring and fall. (A library) isn’t just a library. It is a spaceship that will take you to the farthest reaches of the universe… and most of all, a gateway, to a better and happier and more useful life.
Libraries are the heart of every community, keeping our minds and spirits alive.
Without libraries, what have we? We have no past and no future.
